Uses and Benefits of BRILLO EZ Tablets (Bempedoic Acid 180mg + Ezetimibe 10mg)
This combination is used to treat high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) and to reduce the risk of heart disease in people with high cholesterol, often when statins alone are not enough or not tolerated.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol
- Managing high cholesterol along with diet and exercise
- Reducing risk of heart attack or stroke in high-risk patients
- Used along with or instead of statins in some patients
HOW IT WORKS
- Bempedoic acid reduces cholesterol production in the liver
- Ezetimibe blocks absorption of cholesterol from the intestine
- Together they lower LDL cholesterol more effectively than either alone
- Helps improve overall lipid profile
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not used for immediate relief of chest pain or heart attack
- Not a treatment for high blood pressure

How to Use BRILLO EZ Tablets (Bempedoic Acid 180mg + Ezetimibe 10mg)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
- Can be taken with or without food
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew
- Take at the same time each day for best results
- Continue taking even if you feel well, unless told to stop
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
- Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
- Try to maintain a regular schedule

- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep in original packaging until ready to use
