HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually on an empty stomach
• Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water; do not crush, chew, or open capsules
• Take it at the same times each day to maintain steady levels in the body
• Continue taking it for as long as your doctor recommends, even if you feel well
• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can increase the risk of organ rejection
• Avoid handling crushed or broken tablets with bare hands; wash hands after handling

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your normal schedule

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
