HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
• Usually taken once daily, preferably after food to avoid stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water; do not chew unless advised
• Avoid taking with tea, coffee or milk as they can reduce iron absorption
• Take at the same time each day for best results
