WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• As an additional medicine along with other anti-epileptic drugs to control certain types of seizures
• For short-term relief of severe, disabling anxiety when other treatments have not worked

HOW IT WORKS

How to Use FRISIUM 5MG TABLET (Clobazam 5mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, with or without food
• Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own
• Do not stop this medicine suddenly, even if you feel better, without consulting your doctor, as this can trigger seizures or withdrawal symptoms
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it increases drowsiness

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct heat, light and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not share this medicine with anyone else, even if they have similar symptoms
• Dispose of expired or unused medicine safely, not in household trash or drains

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
