This medicine is mainly used to treat pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by various conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Joint pain and arthritis-related discomfort
• Muscle pain, sprains, and injuries
• Post-operative or post-dental pain and swelling
• Ear, nose, and throat infections with inflammation
• Fever associated with pain and swelling

HOW IT WORKS

• Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by blocking chemicals called prostaglandins
• Paracetamol lowers fever and adds additional pain relief
• Serratiopeptidase helps break down inflammatory proteins, reducing swelling and speeding recovery

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not for long-term daily use without doctor supervision
• Not a treatment for infections themselves (it does not kill bacteria or viruses)

• Unusual bleeding or bruising
• Reduced urine output

How to Use HIFENAC SP TABLET (ACECLOFENAC 100 MG + PARACETAMOL 325 MG + SERRATIOPEPTIDASE 15 MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
• Do not take other paracetamol or NSAID-containing products at the same time without asking your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Do not store in the bathroom or near a sink

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase, or NSAIDs

• Have a history of asthma triggered by NSAIDs
• Are in the third trimester of pregnancy
