HOW TO TAKE IT

• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor tells you to
• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to chlordiazepoxide, amitriptyline or any other ingredient in the tablet

• Have severe liver disease
• Are taking or have recently stopped taking MAOI antidepressants
• Have narrow-angle glaucoma or severe urinary retention
