This combination medicine is mainly used to treat pain and muscle spasm associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, and sprains.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Acute low back pain with muscle spasm
• Neck pain and stiffness
• Muscular pain due to sprains or strains
• Pain and spasm following injury

HOW IT WORKS

• Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation
• Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that helps relieve muscle spasm and stiffness
• Together they relieve both the pain and the tightness of muscles, giving faster relief than either alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for long-term (chronic) arthritis management alone
• Not meant for headaches unrelated to muscle spasm
• Not a treatment for infections or fever

• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)
• Severe skin reaction with blistering or peeling
• Unusual bleeding or bruising
• Severe diarrhoea that does not stop

How to Use MIOFREE A 8MG TABLET (ACECLOFENAC 100 MG + THIOCOLCHICOSIDE 8 MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not take for longer than prescribed, usually a short course for acute pain
• Do not increase the dose on your own even if pain persists

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Do not store in the bathroom or near a sink
