How to Use MOUNJARO 5MG KWIKPEN (Tirzepatide 5mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Inject under the skin (subcutaneous) in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, as prescribed by your doctor
• Usually given once a week, on the same day each week
• Can be taken with or without food
• Rotate injection sites to avoid skin problems
• Do not inject into a vein or muscle
• Follow the injection technique shown by your doctor or pharmacist

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, if it has been less than a few days since the missed dose, as guided by your doctor

STORAGE

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
