How to Use NIDRA 5MG TABLET (ZOLPIDEM 5MG.)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once at night
• Take it right before going to bed, not during the day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, do not crush or chew
• Take on an empty stomach or after a light meal for best effect
• Make sure you can devote a full night (7-8 hours) to sleep after taking it
• Do not drive or use heavy machinery after taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• If you did not take it at bedtime and remember later at night, skip the dose
