Nimesulide 100mg is mainly used to treat pain and inflammation associated with various conditions in adults.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of acute pain such as muscle pain, dental pain, and menstrual pain
• Pain and inflammation due to osteoarthritis
• Reducing fever (as advised by doctor)
• Post-operative or post-injury pain and swelling

HOW IT WORKS

• It blocks a specific enzyme (COX-2) that produces chemicals responsible for pain, swelling, and fever
• This reduces inflammation and provides relief from discomfort

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for children below 12 years

HOW TO TAKE IT
