How to Use PROLOMET XL 12.5MG TABLET (Metoprolol Succinate 12.5mg)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
- Take at the same time each day, preferably with or after food
- Do not stop the medicine suddenly even if you feel better, as this can worsen your heart condition
- Continue taking it regularly, even if you have no symptoms, since it is for long-term control
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
- If you miss doses often, talk to your doctor about a reminder system

- Have severe circulation problems in the limbs
