- High blood pressure (hypertension)
- Angina (chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart)
- Irregular heart rhythms (certain arrhythmias)
- Prevention of migraine headaches
- Tremors (essential tremor)
- Anxiety-related physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat
- Reducing risk after a heart attack

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food
- Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Take at the same time(s) each day to maintain steady levels in the body
- Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can cause serious heart problems
- Continue taking it even if you feel well, unless your doctor tells you to stop
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
- If you miss several doses, inform your doctor before restarting
