This medicine is prescribed for men who have both an overactive bladder and an enlarged prostate, a common condition causing urinary symptoms.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating frequent and urgent need to urinate
• Reducing episodes of urinary leakage (urge incontinence)
• Improving urine flow in men with an enlarged prostate
• Reducing night-time trips to the bathroom (nocturia)

HOW IT WORKS

• Mirabegron relaxes the bladder muscle, allowing it to hold more urine and reducing sudden urges
• Silodosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to pass urine
• Together they improve both bladder storage and urine flow

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for urinary tract infections
• Not used for kidney stones

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Take after a meal, at the same time each day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• Do not stop the medicine without consulting your doctor, even if symptoms improve

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep in the original pack until it is time to take it
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Mirabegron, Silodosin, or any other ingredient in this medicine
• Are a woman or a child (this medicine is meant for adult men)
• Have severe uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Are scheduled for cataract or other eye surgery soon

TELL YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING IF YOU

• Have heart disease, irregular heartbeat, or high blood pressure
• Have liver or kidney problems
• Have a history of fainting or low blood pressure on standing
• Are taking medicines for erectile dysfunction or other prostate medicines
• Are planning any eye surgery in the near future

• Medicines that affect heart rhythm (QT-prolonging drugs)
• Strong antifungal or antibiotic medicines (like ketoconazole)
• Blood pressure lowering medicines
