WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating schizophrenia in adults and adolescents
• Treating manic episodes linked to bipolar disorder
• Managing severe behavioural problems like aggression or irritability in certain conditions, when advised by a specialist

HOW IT WORKS

• Blocks certain dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain
• Helps correct chemical imbalances that cause hallucinations, delusions and mood disturbances

How to Use SIZODON MD 1MG TABLET (RISPERIDONE 1MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice daily

• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says it is fine
• Do not stop taking suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better
