WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, with or without food
• Try to take it at the same time every day to maintain steady effect
• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor or pharmacist advises so
• Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well; high blood pressure often has no symptoms

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have severe kidney impairment or are unable to pass urine (anuria)
