WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS

• Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, chemicals that cause airway inflammation and tightening

How to Use TELEKAST T TABLET (MONTELUKAST 10 MG + THEOPHYLLINE 400 MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water
• Take at the same time each day for best effect
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as it is a preventive medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
