WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Generalised anxiety disorder
- Anxiety with physical symptoms like fast heartbeat, tremors, sweating
- Short-term relief of severe anxiety, including performance-related or situational anxiety
HOW IT WORKS
- Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine that calms the brain and nervous system, reducing worry and tension
- Propranolol is a beta-blocker that reduces the effect of stress hormones on the heart, easing symptoms like a racing heart, trembling hands and sweating

HOW TO TAKE IT
