HOW IT WORKS

• Severe diarrhoea with dehydration
• Signs of kidney problems such as reduced urination or swelling
• Irregular heartbeat, chest pain, or severe muscle weakness (possible electrolyte imbalance)
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time each day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not stop taking it suddenly even if you feel well, as blood pressure medicines work best with regular use
• Continue regular blood pressure checks as advised by your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to olmesartan, amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide, or sulfonamide-related medicines

• Have severe liver disease or are unable to pass urine (anuria)
• Have diabetes and are also taking certain medicines called aliskiren-containing products
