WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Major depressive disorder
• Generalised anxiety disorder
• Social anxiety disorder
• Panic disorder

HOW IT WORKS

• It increases the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, two natural chemicals in the brain
• These chemicals help regulate mood, emotions, and stress response
• Improved balance of these chemicals helps reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety over time

How to Use VENLOR XR 37.5 TABLET (Venlafaxine 37.5mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says it is fine
• Take it at the same time(s) every day, preferably with food to reduce nausea
• Do not stop taking it suddenly, even if you feel better; your doctor will guide you on tapering the dose
• It may take a few weeks before you notice improvement in mood or anxiety

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one
• If you miss several doses, consult your doctor before restarting

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not store in the bathroom or near a sink

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
