HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Take at the same time each day to maintain steady levels in the body
• Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own
• Continue for the full duration advised, even if you feel better

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Betahistine, Vitamin D3, Ginkgo Biloba, Piracetam, Vinpocetine or any other ingredient
• Have a confirmed pheochromocytoma (adrenal gland tumour)
• Have severe kidney disease and are on dialysis, unless approved by your doctor
• Have active bleeding disorders or are due for surgery soon

TELL YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING IF YOU

• Have asthma or a history of peptic ulcer
• Have kidney or liver problems
• Have low or high blood pressure or heart rhythm problems
• Are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding

• Anti-epileptic medicines, as Piracetam may alter their effect
