How to Use ZOLCALM 5MG TABLET (Melatonin (3mg) + Zolpidem (5mg))
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Take it right before going to bed, as it works quickly
- Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy or fatty meal, as it may delay effect
- Ensure you have at least 7-8 hours available for uninterrupted sleep before taking it
- Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform activities requiring alertness after taking this medicine
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Skip the missed dose if you do not have enough time left for a full night's sleep
- Do not take an extra dose to make up for the missed one
- Continue with your next scheduled dose as advised by your doctor
