How to Use ZOLCALM 5MG TABLET (Melatonin (3mg) + Zolpidem (5mg))

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Take it right before going to bed, as it works quickly
• Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy or fatty meal, as it may delay effect
• Ensure you have at least 7-8 hours available for uninterrupted sleep before taking it
• Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform activities requiring alertness after taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Skip the missed dose if you do not have enough time left for a full night's sleep
