How to Use ZOLFRESH CR 12.5MG TABLET (ZOLPIDEM (12.5MG))

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• Take it only when you are able to get a full night's sleep (at least 7-8 hours), as it can cause next-morning drowsiness
• Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy or fatty meal, as this can delay its effect
• Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed
• Do not consume alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE
