WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Short-term treatment of insomnia (trouble falling asleep or staying asleep)
- Helping people who have difficulty sleeping due to temporary stress or disturbed routine
HOW IT WORKS
- It acts on certain receptors in the brain (GABA receptors) to slow down brain activity

How to Use ZOLFRESH CR 12.5MG TABLET (ZOLPIDEM (12.5MG))
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
- Take it only when you are able to get a full night's sleep (at least 7-8 hours), as it can cause next-morning drowsiness
- Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy or fatty meal, as this can delay its effect
- Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed
- Do not consume alcohol while taking this medicine
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- If you miss a dose and it is close to your wake-up time, skip the missed dose
