This combination medicine is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and a single medicine are not enough to control blood sugar levels.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Controlling high blood sugar in type 2 diabetes

HOW IT WORKS
- Glimepiride stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin

How to Use ZORYL MF 3 TABLET (GLIMEPIRIDE 3 MG + METFORMIN 850 MG)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a meal to reduce stomach upset and prevent low blood sugar
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Do not change the dose on your own
- Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well
- Keep taking other lifestyle measures like diet and exercise as advised
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
