WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny or blocked nose)
- Itching, hives and skin allergies
- Allergic reactions to insect bites or stings
- As an add-on treatment in allergic emergencies along with other medicines
- Motion sickness and vomiting related to allergy in some cases
HOW IT WORKS
- It blocks histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction
- This reduces swelling, itching, redness and watery discharge caused by allergies
- It may also cause drowsiness, which can help with sleep disturbance due to itching
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not a cure for the underlying cause of allergy
- It is not used for bacterial or viral infections
- It is not a first-line treatment for severe asthma attacks

How to Use AVIL 2ML AMPOULES (Pheniramine 22.75mg/ml)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- This medicine is often given as an injection by a doctor or nurse in a clinic or hospital setting

- Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery after taking this medicine, as it can cause drowsiness

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
