HOW TO TAKE IT

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Take it at the same time(s) each day for consistent blood sugar control
• Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well; diabetes needs ongoing treatment

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember with food

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
