This medicine combination is mainly used to treat moderate pain and inflammation associated with various painful conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of joint pain and swelling from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis
• Muscle pain, sprains, and strains
• Back pain
• Dental pain and pain after minor surgery
• Fever accompanying pain conditions

HOW IT WORKS

• Aceclofenac is an NSAID that blocks enzymes (COX) responsible for producing chemicals that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation
• Paracetamol acts on the brain's pain and temperature-regulating centres to reduce pain and fever
• Together they give faster and more effective relief than either medicine alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not a treatment for the underlying cause of arthritis or infection
• Not to be used for long-term chronic pain without medical supervision
• Not suitable as a first-choice medicine for children unless specifically advised by a doctor

How to Use MIRSAF P TABLET (ACECLOFENAC 100MG + PARACETAMOL 325MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not take more than the prescribed dose or for longer than recommended
• Avoid taking other paracetamol or NSAID-containing products at the same time unless your doctor approves
• Drink plenty of water while on this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
