HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually before meals
• Swallow Ispaghula with a full glass of water or as directed; do not take it dry
• Do not chew or crush the mebeverine tablet/capsule if it is a modified-release form
• Drink plenty of fluids through the day while taking this medicine
• Take it regularly for best results; do not stop suddenly without asking your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep the container tightly closed
• Keep out of reach of children
