• Prevention of heart attack and stroke in people at high risk
• After a recent heart attack, stroke, or diagnosed peripheral artery disease
• After placement of a coronary stent, often combined with another antiplatelet medicine
• Prevention of clot formation in patients with certain heart rhythm or vessel disorders as advised by the doctor

HOW IT WORKS

• Blood platelets are small cells that clump together to form clots

HOW TO TAKE IT
