How to Use TAPEASE NS SPRAY (Tapentadol (22.5mg/ml))

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, using the marked oral syringe or measuring cup provided
• Do not use a regular kitchen spoon to measure the dose
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed
• Do not stop suddenly after prolonged use; your doctor may reduce the dose gradually
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember if it is for ongoing pain
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue as usual
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
