• Prevention of complications after unstable angina

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually twice a day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; if unable to swallow, ask your doctor about crushing it
• Take at the same times each day to maintain steady levels in the blood
• Continue taking it for as long as your doctor recommends, even if you feel well
• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can increase the risk of heart attack

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
