How to Use ZOLPID 6.25ER TABLET (ZOLPIDEM)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once at bedtime
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Take it right before going to bed, as it works quickly
• Make sure you can devote at least 7-8 hours to sleep after taking it
• Do not take with or right after a heavy meal, as it may reduce effectiveness
