• Common Side Effects
• Retrograde ejaculation (semen enters the bladder instead of exiting through the penis)
• Dizziness
• Low blood pressure (especially on standing)
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Nasal congestion (stuffy nose)
• Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe dizziness, fainting, allergic reactions, chest pain, or prolonged painful erection (priapism).

How to Use SILDORICH 8 CAPSULE (SILODOSIN 8MG)

• Take the capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Take it with or immediately after food.
• Take it at the same time every day.
• Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

• Prescription medicine – use only under medical supervision.

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease or liver disease.
• Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to reduce the risk of dizziness or fainting.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy.
• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it may increase dizziness and low blood pressure.
• Inform your ophthalmologist before cataract or glaucoma surgery, as Silodosin may cause Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome (IFIS).
• Tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, especially medicines for erectile dysfunction (such as sildenafil or tadalafil), as they may further lower blood pressure.
